The Washtington Post has published a parenting article entitled, "Helping your kids navigate the stormy seas of social media" where different perspectives are offered regarding the use of social media by kids.   Caroline Knorr, who is the parenting editor of Common Sense Media offers the perspective that social media are so interwoven with kids’ lives, though, that to bar them from using the sites at all is not realistic.
