CSO magazine, a magazine dedicated to C-level executives in corporations responsible for digital security has posted an interesting article about a personal injury case in Canada. According to the article, entitled "Data from wearable devices could soon land you in jail," the civil suit relied on physical examination of data collection on a wearable device. While wearable devices are booming in popularity, they are often enabled to track physical activity, location, and, in the case of Google Glass, take photos and video.
